Nestled amongst beautiful established gardens, with a leafy, private outlook, this house had good bones, even though a few of them were broken!

On the surface, the property looked like it just needed a cosmetic makeover, but the entire subfloor of the bathrooms needed to be removed and rebuilt, the kitchen doors were hanging by a couple of screws and had been painted over with regular house paint.

New LVT flooring was laid throughout, to make it easy to clean up all the sand tracked in form the beach nearby, a new kitchen was installed and french doors were placed throughout the dining area to let the beautiful sea breezes in. 

The cross ventilation now means that it’s a rare day when the aircon needs to be turned on.
